Great Ball of Fire

On August 1, 2010, almost the entire Earth-facing side of the sun erupted in a tumult of activity. This image from the Solar Dynamics Observatory of the news-making solar event on August 1 shows the C3-class solar flare (white area on upper left), a solar tsunami (wave-like structure, upper right), multiple filaments of magnetism lifting off the stellar surface, large-scale shaking of the solar corona, radio bursts, a coronal mass ejection and more.

This multi-wavelength extreme ultraviolet snapshot from the Solar Dynamics Observatory shows the sun's northern hemisphere in mid-eruption. Different colors in the image represent different gas temperatures. Earth's magnetic field is still reverberating from the solar flare impact on August 3, 2010, which sparked aurorae as far south as Wisconsin and Iowa in the United States. Saleena: The purpose of this message is to introduce you to some amazing beings; our SUN, Helios & Vesta, sometimes known as the SUN God & some Nature Devas who taught us a simple way to learn to retain higher dimensional information while in the lower densities.

I was surprised at the number of our messages I found here to link that have to do with the Sun. It seems this relationship is a critically important one to understand & cultivate during times when such intense solar & cosmic energies are moving through and coming from this planetary being.

There is so much more to our Sun
than we have been taught
and it is exciting to remember.
To begin a conscious relationship with it.
To come to understand
the true nature of
who & what the SUN is…

  I met Helios once in a meditation.

This being looked like a very loosely formed being of light with a round head that looked like a sun. This being was so cheerful it was contagious! Such sweetness & power in this being. They were androgynous, which makes it challenging to talk about with the English language. It was so wonderful in their presence, I had a hard time coming back.

The energy of this being was so high
the only way I remembered,
when I came back to the lower densities,
was through a drawing and notes
I had scribbled during the journey.

I find that this is the best way for me
to make bridges back to where I am
in the current moment
to retain the memory of
what I experience in the higher realms.

Retaining Information into the Lower Realms

When one journeys into the higher frequencies,
the packets of information available
are much broader.
 

When we return to the lower densities,
these packets of information narrow
and we loose memory of
much of what we expereinced.

If one can learn to move slowly back
and consciously do things to
anchor the informations
and bring it through,
then one can remember.

Learning from Nature DEVAS

I was encouraged once by some Nature Devas; little beings who lived in Iao Valley, on the island of Maui in Hawaii.  While leading a Contact Meditation at a sacred water site where two waters meet, they began to show themselves and help to take us into a deep meditative state.  I was guiding the humans to move upward in frequencies to journey to meet new higher dimensional friends. 

After about ten minutes, I was encouraged by the "Little Beings" to gently invite the group to become partially aware of their surroundings while still retaining connection to the higher states. Then to return into the meditative journey.

Ten minutes later the little ones suggested I call them again to come back into gentle awareness of their surroundings and body sitting on the earth, while still retaining their connection to the higher states. We did this several more times.

It was a marvelous experience and teaching.
They helped us understand another way
to build a bridge back to the vibration we are now.
which is rising all the time,
so our visits to the higher realms
can be more fully remembered.

With that, I would like to share parts of an article, even thought the beginning "event" is over, it is wonderful to be aware of a relationship to Helios & Vesta and know you can call upon them to apply their talents and skills in certain situations. when you need them Ask & they will respond.

Saleena Note: Even though the oil has stopped gushing, there is a tremendous amount of it still in the water and on the bottom of the ocean. There is a chemcal poisoning to deal with because of the spraying of dispersants to "hide" the oil as it sinks. Many beach areas were sprayed at night even though it is law that they are not to be sprayed closer than 3 miles to a shore… Attentions still need to be held steady in the lingering effects and continued need to bring back the balnce and health to the waters and lands effected.
