I wanted to write something relating to this and I have been wanting to create a Peace Learning Adventure for a long time….
You remember when we went to present at the Peace Summit… playing with dolphins… and communicating together….

It started yesterday, the 14th and runs through the 21st.
It seems the Peace Summit we attended never got used very much… at least from Earth perspective. They tell me that beings from all over creation attended and added their frequencies of Peace here.
Q: Is the configuration still there in another dimension to visit and present?

Q: Is it a good thing to share this with people now and invite them to participate?

Lately it has seemed that not much talking is being done from the Earth me to the higher dimensions… so much going on, I feel like I can't hear anyone lately…

I see a very bright light behind me and it is growing…. I can feel several beings behind me… it all seems like a very white kind of light…. I feel lots of love flowing to me.
They are nearing me though they are staying behind me… one being comes around me to my left and they are moving around me into a circle… They ask me if I would like to go into BETH with them?
I ask if they would identify themselves so I know who I am working with.
They say they are The Founders. The ones that you, Colin, have been working with often. My feelings have started to smooth out now… once I decided to work with this energy… their presence is very calming.
They are smiling and beaming such a loving balm of energy to me.
So I am opening my heart and going deep into it… I see you are standing here now… you are with them. Smiling… aloha Colin…thank you for all you do to help us ascend… sending love to you…
Touching into BETH. Moving toward her like a magnet… just the thought of her brings me joyful feelings…. it has been awhile since I could settle down and do any lightwork…this feels so wonderful….
Moving into a bright radiant golden room… where I usually meet BETH.… she moves toward me in her little super computer form… then more like a little girl… must be a hologram she can project to be more personal with us.
The Founders are right here with me… BETH is motioning us to come this way…. leading us into the room where the living mandala is… she says it would be good to weave all the virtual Peace Summit sharings and energies in here in the living mandala. This is the one going on this week. Started yesterday, 14th and now is going on everyday via live tele-calls. They will have recordings and transcripts. I felt very excited when I was so many working together for Peace.

Now I am being asked to turn around and face the group of Founders… I wave at you, Colin. Are you a Founder at this time? You nod yes… Is a part of my soul a Founder at this time? I see one nodding and smiling….
A nice smooth flow of energy comes from that part of me to this part of me. Still a bit odd at times to encounter yourself in another expression…. sending all of the Founders love and gratitude… and opening my heart bigger…. what now?
Founders: Saleena Ki, we are grateful to you for your tenacity… for your heart and vision and determination to bring about a shift into a Paradisiacal Earth. We are here supporting this action and this desire heartily.
We hear your questions. You wonder at times why you are focusing on certain items on a particular day? It is because there is an influence coming from a higher place to direct you toward something there on Earth. It is a cooperative time. Thank you for listening.
We would like to address some of your questions, if we may?

Founders: We would like to remind you of a few events. We would like to remind you of our lack of time from where we all stand outside of your linear timeline. So what seems to be a very long time to you is only a minute passing of one event to another.
Pure Peace Council & Pulse
The first event we will address is the day that you and Marimar were introduced to the Peace Council and their Pure Peace Pulse project. They are still moving through creation anchoring their Peace Pulse wherever they find response. It is having an influence on creation.
You were ask if you would join their cause of Peace. You responded affirmative, so you are a part of their Peace Council. At that time, you and Marimar had recently reunited and were fresh in your new relationship. This is how you started; with Peace Frequencies.
Being anchored into a Big Island Heiau and many other places as you were inspired. These sacred sites of Earth are still emitting the pulse. It is transmitted from the ship's heart, wherever it is to be pulsed outward. You might want to share your full story sometime.
Xopiltletaluau
Next, we will remind you of your introduction to Xopiltletaluau. This is a place where all cultures and races from everywhere in the Galaxy can meet together and share ideas and work together. It is like on of your Earth gatherings… such as your Rainbow Gatherings or your Burning Man. The frequencies reflect similar co-operative forces at play in each.
We know that you are surprised that these events are still going on after so many of your Earth years. They are and continue to be a changing force within creation.
Your invitation to these places came early in your waking process and you documented them and helped to make bridges to them.
We hope that you will
share them again and
invite others to join

Even though the Peace Summit & Xopiltletaluau are being held in the higher dimensions, more and more of your Earth beings are able to participate than they could when you first learned of them.
Saleena: it was a representative from the Coalition for New Life and Civilization that first talked to me more of this. Here is the message they shared:

Saleena: Q. What is this Gathering called for easier reference?
A. It is called Xopiltletaluau. This translates only partially into your English language, which by the way is an extremely limited language. There are terms and understandings far beyond what can be portrayed in this language. This is why there is a great joy and deeper understandings in opening up to your extra senses. This is happening more and more for you in earth bodies as you practice. So Xopiltletaluau means Understanding. It means through the heart understanding. It means sharing soul to soul for the greater joy of Oneness. It means co-operation and co-creation of a new way of all life together. It means we are all of the same source. It means we are relatives and its time we act as if we are… Well there’s more but that is enough for now.
We hail you to open your hearts to more than you may have believed is possible. Evolution is on its way to a most satisfying form of life together if we desire it and are willing to learn to trust each other again. More than ever that is needed now. That is why the whales brought this into the earth’s field via their songs at the end of their season in Hawaii. The whales are certainly a race that is one of the closest to our Source Creator who you call ONE. They are attending here and they are constantly working to assure the Earth stays in her proper place in orbit and in life. You can thank them for their diligent efforts in this.
Founders: One last reminder. It is time to celebrate how far we have all come together in this grand experiment. Each of you have played out such a variety of roles that no one has much room to judge or to suppress another’s way of thinking and expressing themselves. The diversity we have gathered within us is priceless. Sometimes it is time for a cycle to finish as it is here on earth. The cycle of domination and war is over. The supportive structures that would have supported the continuation have been dismantled in accordance with divine and natural laws. What we mean is that they have dismantled themselves by their actions and choices. So it is being attended by higher powers to make sure the laws are upheld.
The combined efforts of all of you who have opened up to release your shadows and receive more light and more love… well you are the ones who helped to tip the scales. Your efforts are rewarded again according to divine and natural laws. It is just so. Earth is now on course to be restored as a paradise planet, a garden of greater beauty than most of you have beheld. It is a cooperative effort now to bring about the restoration, yet it will be so.
When portals align in certain ways, when stargates align and open, when certain conditions fall into certain arrangements throughout this creation, it is when the most powerful moments are available to create something new. You have done it, we have done it. A new Earth is born, a new level of consciousness now permeates this creation, and now it is time to learn how to be conscious creators. You have all created, for better or worse. Now it is time to learn what your powers are capable of. This is a time of learning and taking responsibility for your abilities and gifts. Instant manifestation will have you in chaos and misery if you do not let go of the last old ideas and programs. Help each other. Be generous with who you are and what you know. Many are remembering all of it.
You all learned to be cautious with one another. You all learned to proceed carefully and protect your hearts. You have ended up disconnected and separate. Is it time for something new? Well, it is available. The dolphins suggested that you cannot build the new with the old. You have to build it with the new.
We are grateful you asked us. We are excited to visit and meet with many of you here at Xopiltletaluau. You can pronounce it Zo-pea-tlay-tall-lew-ow and you can feel it deeper than your minds can perceive it. Join us soon.

Founders: yes… as you see the only thing that has changed is that you are now closer to the realization of the greatest shift of all time. We are here with you. As you see, you have been introduced to many places and events and gatherings and activities available for your investigation and participation. The doors of the other dimensions are opening to many more now than ever before, since the fall of Lemuria and Atlantis.
The doors in all your hearts and minds are open much wider now than 5 or 6 of your Earth years ago… the path is wider for you to participate with even more of your friends and family.
One of the greatest keys to bridging into the other dimensions is to learn about the tiny sacred space in your heart. This is the key that you seek that will unlock the barriers (which are illusions) that have kept you quarantined close to Earth to experience and learn.
When you dwell there, in that tiny space in your heart, all language is the same. There is no difference. You can communicate with all, animals and nature alike, along with those of different races and cultures. As long as your frequencies are able to align and you are in your heart, the communications are open now.

You will be brought in to the gathering which is hosted in a Galactic Federation Mothership.

White Oracle
Saleena: Is the White Oracle still assisting at this meeting. I know this beings was also enrolled to assist at the Peace Summit. Is she still doing that?
Founders: She is they. The White Oracle is a culture of many beings who serve in various ways to mediate and interface. She scans and then gives you the proper interface for your visit. She also reads frequencies and allows or turns away visitors. If your heart is pure and intentions in harmony with our gathering, you are allowed to enter. One of these beings is here and another is still serving at the Peace Summit. Though there haven't been many from Earth who have shared at the Peace Summit, there have been vast numbers from all of creation that have shared.
There has been a gathering of these "peace” and "harmony" frequencies ongoing since you were aware of it. This invitation still stands to visit and share your experiences. The reminder is to use your emotions and your imagination to share. You go in threes to present. The guidance is very well laid out in your previous interview and sharing of your experience there. Please feel free to attend again sometime.
MaRi Magdalene has attended this project and has now moved on to another assignment of love. She will share that with you when she is ready.
The frequency of all the different experiences and ideas are merged in the special position and container. You created an illustration of it some time ago. It is still in the same configuration. There have been two times that we gathered the alchemical mixture and sent it flowing through a certain grid work that weaves together all of creation. Source has assisted. This is a big movement for all these galactic and creational forces to meet together and work together cooperatively in the Coalition for new Life and Civilization within this creation. Everything that happens on Earth influences creation more than you know, even if you know this.
We apologize for your day being so erratic. We were preparing to contact you and we were sending out the preparation frequencies. They were partly the cause of your unrest. The shift to communicate with us is a big dimensional shift and we were readying you for this.
10-10-10 StarGate Opening
This 10-10-10 is an important segue into another new level of dimensional integration. There are many who are receiving their assignments for the day. For you, we will ask that you meet with us. For we have some wonderful moments to share in co-creation with you. We will address this later in full. For now we realize this has been a long communications and we thank you for your attendance.
What we would invite for the 10-10-10 is Galactic Severance. We will explain soon. Give this phrase to Marimar and ask him to ask about it. He will bring some light to what this means.
Please do not be concerned about who attends your Adventures. There is a specific reason that you place so much attention on each of these stories. They are part of creation. No matter how many attend, the ones who do are powerful players and the results of your service is felt throughout creation. We thank you again, all of you who have assisted as you play with each other and adventure. That is as it is in the higher realms. We love what we are doing else we shift our attentions to that which does. So when we serve, we serve wholeheartedly. You are learning this.

[1:11:30 AM] Founders: We are a patient group. We have been with you from many beginnings beyond those that most of you remember except for vaguely in memory glimpses, hints of consciousness and in your dreams.
New Earth Sanctuary
Saleena: How is the New Earth Sanctuary going?
I know that we were set up with extra protection in the spring of 2006 as the New Earth Sanctuary codes were being birthed in. MaRi Magdalene was very very excited at what we might create once the pressure of feeling so unsafe and having to focus only on survival. Some of that has shifted yet there is still the whole economic struggle that has come along with the changes in the way people are spending and sharing their resources. For us who are reliant on sales, sessions or support of our work for our basic needs to be covered, it is a bit uneasy here right now. So much uncertainty and the energies are so strong… it does make it hard to stay focused and to create much right now.
[1:22:34 AM] Founders: The new Earth Sanctuary "came online", as you say, in May of 2006. That is when the new codes from ShayELZa were given to your Mother Earth. This was the tip of the iceberg of what was going on then and has escalated as far as assistance for Earth and for her inhabitants. What was begun then was, as MaRi stated, and unraveling of the rug out from under the Dark Hierarchy's feet, so slowly and steadily since then that their foundation of control is gone. They are the only ones who haven't fully accepted this. It is inevitable.
Now it is the conditioning and habits that have been ingrained into your brains and bodies that are to be released and replaced with Sanctuary codes, feelings and understandings. It is time to make new openings in your consciousness for good, for sweet, for balance, for harmony, for peace, for love. For Abundance that flows ever forth from Creation. It is all here now and the more you allow and accept, the more it will flow to you and then you will fill up and feel what it is like to be satisfied, to be at peace within and to be assured that all your needs are provided. It takes time to build trust. Sometimes you have to trust first then watch as it proves itself to you.
Beginning the beliefs of these things when you have felt so different, so opposite in the intensities of the lower dimension, is an act of faith. To believe in something unseen as yet does help to bring it closer to you until it is yours.
This is a great time for giving new ways and new thoughts and new experience possibilities. Your minds are conditioned to reject things that are out of your range of experience, so, as you, Saleena, once said… "The door to the new is through the unknown, for if it is known, it is not new." So to step forward into the new is unknown. Say to your mind and to those inner parts of you who feel afraid, "I am choosing to experience this new feeling or experience. We will be just fine. Come with me, trust me… I choose this."
So tonight we have shared many things with you. This is our pleasure when the time is aligned. We are happy to be here to play with you as you awaken. We will be joining you for your 10-10-10- Stargate Adventure. Hang on, ladies and gentlemen (and those who are androgynous) hang on for a wonderful and powerful ride with us.
