imagine holding your seed in your hands
getting in touch with what you are offering.
Next, bring it into your heart
and saturate it with love.
Then move it up to your pineal gland
(in the center of your head behind your eyes)

My seeds exist, they have been planted by my higher self, and I wish to accellerate their growth – they are beautiful pure electric love – union with my divine compliment. A love that is constantly aware of of my oneness with my higher self, the higher dimensions and my divine compliment and all. I would like to plant a seed today. Even though I am living in space surrounding the Earth, I feel, as an Arcturian who has been here assisting in keeping the frequencies safe and balanced for Mother Earth and you for many of your earth-years now, that I am a part of this co-creation. This surprised Saleena when I asked to share my seed. She agreed to receive mine:
I reach into my heart and bring forward a shining seed. This seed has been with me since my very beginning of existence. It is a spark of my essence: ONENESS as part of the ONE. This seed contains in it everything that is needed to remind any wandering soul the way home, It shines its light to assist the forgetful to remember, to awaken from their slumber in the densities. It is not unique for there is ONE in every one of your hearts. If we all reach in and bring them out to light and sparkle before us, something marvelous may happen. I will plant my seed now… it is already saturated with love. It is love. So I imagine bringing it to my pineal gland to the Master Cell room there. Mine is slightly different than yours so generally I do this action.
I imagine this seed shining within each and everyone of you on earth lighting you up from the inside out. I see in the greatest detail this ONEness spreading across the face of the earth – heart to heart – mind to mind – hand to hand – like a string of lights lighting up one after another. I am delighted at how one tiny seed of ONEness can ignite every other seed that is ready! I will spend more time imagining what this will be like as if it is real today.
I allow the love in my heart to surge upwards and bathe my seed of ONEness preparing it for the planting.

How we are in tune! I was just reading a book on the Findhorn Gardens which is causing me to feel touched and amazed and inspired. I am feeling especially open to the ideas about specific ways of bringing heaven to earth, planting seeds with love and conscious intention. It seems to be so pertinent even now- some forty years later. Perhaps more pertinent than ever. This has been my spiritual focus and interest this past week. So when I saw your email- and realized it’s the same theme- planting seeds for the new earth, I just had to smile. I believe there is a current of energy that flows around the whole of our earth with the most updated minute by minute information and guidance available.
