Saleena: The Hirogsna are my higher dimensional Star Family who began contact with me on Oct 22, 2003 after I asked with all my HEART. I had read a letter Change the World; Decide Whether We Should Show Up! by a Hierarchy of Benevolent Extraterrestrials Fall 2003 and quickly responded. They showed up almost instantly. That began one of the most amazing adventures and beautiful friendships of my life. They answered many of my questions, stayed with me constantly, shared things with me that broke open and widened my understanding and persception of reality. Their Organic Living Ship

When I first met the Hirogsna, they let me know that whenever we were meeting, they had enveloped us with their Organic LIving Ship, which looked like an oval shining semi-transparent egg. They said this was for our privacy and safety. The environment inside was always so much higher than I was used to I would get sleepy and had to learn to raise my vibration so I could stay fully present with them. This was an ongoing learning and adjustment process. It beings you make contact with have a vibration much higher than yours, you may go through something similar. It is part of the reason we are workign so dilligently on Earth to raise our vibration and move into our hearts vs our logical mind. We are then able to function in a much more expansive and pleasant way in the higher dimensions.

Here is my Story

How it Began; the StarGate

Early one morning in May 2003, Grandmother Chandra, an amazing 20 year old young woman who is in an incredibly handicapped body, contacted me telepathically and told me there was going to be a stargate opening the next day. She said it was connected to a group of beings that lived outside our galaxy and were interested in contacting Earth people and sharing some of their technology and wisdom with us. She said they were very kind. She asked if I would help? The next day I helped open that stargate by asking my soul to guide me and help me know what to do, and I did it.

Official Contact

It wasn't until Oct. 22nd, 2003, that a message came through several sources, one being Joan Ocean, a famous dolphin-whale-ET researcher, that it was time to let the Star People know if we really wanted to make contact with them. That we had to ask. They told us that we would have to really look inside and decide if that is what we want and think it real clear if we did. My friend, Mark, was with me and we decided we did so we yelled it to the stars, up into the sky. YES! Yes! YES! They must have heard us because for about 30 minutes, I was seeing flashes of white light, kinda like white birds made of light, out of the corner of my eye.

At first I felt afraid, so I started singing. After awhile, I walked into my bedroom and there I saw something that looked like a window filled with very sparkling light, and the outline of three beings. I said hello, and I heard them say hello back to me. This is when I started talking to them and asking them questions. My friend couldn't see them, but he could feel them. We had a nice conversation and I was pretty excited that this was happening.

First Words

One of the first things they said was, "We are infinitely patient, when it comes to making 3-D contact. We've prepared for this for a long time and we are not going to do anything that would jeopardize (hurt) you or us. We come in love and curiosity."

Getting to Know Each Other

The next day they were still there in the window. I looked at it and could see flashes of light across their faces. I think they were letting me slowly get used to seeing them. Later that day I was going to do a healing session on Mark. After I asked for help from those who were in harmony with his souls purpose and mission here on this Earth, the new beings asked if they might help. When I said Yes, they stepped out of the window and began to move around the room to help. At this point, I was the only one who could see them, but Mark could feel them.

What We Might Go Through

They said that it would help us both to want to make contact. That they were not able to show up in the 3-D physical form yet to us because it would hurt us and we wouldn't be able to stay in our bodies. We would de-materialize. We would be making a bridge between us. Our bodies and minds would have to go through an adjustment everytime we connected and we were exposed to their higher vibrations and ideas. Sometimes I got a headache or pressure in my head during and after talking with them. sometimes when I was sleeping I would feel like rivers of sparkling light were pouring inot my head and running through my body. Sometimes it was a color. We started talking alot and I would write down what they said. Since then, they have shared a vast amount of wisdom and technology. They are on call to assist. They are teaching me a level of love I've never known this life.

I Saw Them Very Clearly

On November 11th, the Harmonic Concordance:a day when many stars and planets lined up in a certain very powerful way in the sky, I saw them very clearly. These are the same beings from the ship that Joan was seeing out in her Meadow above their house. On the evening before the Concordance in November 2003, I overheard her describing a ship and the beings she saw and they matched what I have seen. We compared notes and felt they were the same beings. Then on the Concordance, we attended a huge gathering at Joan's and after all day preparing, the moment of the Concordance arrived. We all went inside (meditation) to "see" what would happen.

Their Mothership

I saw the ship around us, and there was 100+ people in the meadow. The ship is huge and whitish in a long narrowish egg shaped, and glows with a sort of organic radiance. It seems to be vibrating with energy. It is a living plasma ship. There are no small ships docked inside, they just create them from a piece of the larger ship. All contact is made inside their ships. It's not safe for them to venture outside their ships yet. The middle opens like a tube torus, a donut with a hole. I saw we were inside of an opening in the middle of the ship, and there was a deck of sorts that ran all the way around us at a sort of second story level above where I was sitting. There were no instruments. They control everything with their thoughts. There was a circle of chair that faced outward where they sit when running the ship. I can feel how they link their thoughts and minds together to create the movement of the ship. They do lay down on a sort of bed platform when they want to rest or be alone. That was all I saw inside the ship. When they are ready to leave, the ship sort of folds up into the center and dissapears and can reappear anywhere they want. They said they do not travel in a straight line the way we do, but it is a whole different way they get from here to there. They just fold up and dissapear and reappear where ever they want to. Once I ask if they could show me where they lived on a star map and they said that you have to go in and then change the angles and do that a few more times and that is where their planet is. I think they mean that they come from another dimension and it can't be measured in miles.

What They Look Like

Then at the moment of the Harmonic Convergence, these ramps were lowered and the Naahgmatia (friends & family) began to come down the ramps into the center where we were. One of them approached me. Very friendly. About 4 feet tall, kind of whitish, pinkish, amberish skin, glowing, kind of like the ship. Large heads and very tiny mouths and noses and huge almond Amber eyes. No pupil, but more like looking into a crystal ball. No ears that I could see. Long slender arms and legs and long slender fingers and toes and they seem to have the same amount we do.

Their bodies seem to be made of more light than ours. I thought their skin reminded me of mother of pearl but more luminescent pinkish golden. We hugged and exchanged gifts. He ( they don't seem to differentiate to male-female gender though they have it inside of them ) gave me a square little crystal box that had all kinds of compartments inside and could be opened up and explored. I gave him some of my bluewater essence in a ball. I cried with deep feelings of happiness and excitement and to finally be hugging. At the opportunity to love and appreciate each other. I saw many other beings interacting with all the other people. Many reported contact with all different kinds of beings.

Asking Questions

After everyone left, I sat in the meadow for several hours and talked with the Hirogksna and began asking many questions. My friend Ariel was there and she asked them questions, too. The one I was connecting with earlier came and stood behind me to help me answer the questions. She asked why if there were people in the government that captured Star People, why the humans that did it didn't dematerialize? He said those were not us. They were lower vibration doing a lower karmic dance. They were not us and were here for different purposes. Not any race we know.

Friendship and Sharing

This was the beginnings of a heart-y friendship. I find them to be warm and compassionate beings. When I first tried to say their name, Hi-roghk-sna, it was hard for my tongue to make the sound the way I astually heard it. I asked them if they had another easier name for me to call them? They said to call them Nagmatia, Nahg-ma-shia, and that means friends and beloved family. I guess you could call others this, too. I consider them some of my best friends, and I am family. I am one of them!

Their Technology

They are advanced enough to use what they call Bio-Organic Technology, or soft technology, creating everything they need and want with their minds. Nothing stays around when they are not using it. They seem to be enjoying the ride we are all on and the accelerated journey we are all choosing into at this time. They have taught me that making contact involves many different levels and ways we will contact other races before we are ready for them to appear physically, as some of them have such a high vibration it would hurt us if they appeared suddenly. They have to be very careful how they connect with us.

Their Bodies and Sexuality

A few more things I have learned about them…is that they don't have genitals like we do, but they have the male-female inside and they can choose to act more like one than the other, but they said they were not interested in that anymore. They also said they would teach us how they make love if we ask them. They do have children but they said it was not safe to bring them here to Earth yet. One time I was talking to them and writing down what they said. I was in a room that helps

Why they Contact Us & Going Home

Another day while I was at a meditation at Joan Ocean's again, they asked if I wanted to go to the Home Planet? They had been telling me that I existed as one of them and I was contacting myself to start learning to work together with different parts of myself.

They said 99% of the time when you are

contacted by Star beings, or other kinds of beings,

it is because you have a part of your soul

that is one of them, or you have

genetic/family connections to them,

and they are out finding all their

family members right now.

I did want to go with them, and as I relaxed into the meditation, I got very sleepy and alot of pressure in my head. I felt very odd and I sort of felt as if I was going to sleep, but still I knew what we were doing, I guess like in a dream. Then we were in the atmosphere of a planet and we didn't have bodies. I looked like streams of misty moving swirling lights, very beautiful! I knew where the others were even though they were similar to me but differnet colors and movements. We reminded me of the Aurora Borealis in Alaska. That was a very unusual experience and coming back was strange too. I felt sort of disoriented for awhile, but I was glad I went.

Why this Kind of Body?

I asked them why they had to make up a body to come here? They said that when you take an energy like we are when we are Home, and move it into different dimensions and come into a place like Earth, it was better to take on a form. It is a natural sort of thing that happens and it makes it easier to get to know us here.

What they are Teaching Me

Querming-Untangling

I have been working with the Hirogksna, for over a year now. I am one them, this is why they contacted me. Since then, they have shared a vast amount of wisdom and technology. They are teaching me a level of love I've never known this life. They are sharing their technology called Querming, untangling us deeply and effectively. They are on call to assist anytime we need them. They are teaching me to remember a way of helping people called Querming, as they call it, or Untangling, as we call it. They have taught me and shown me many things.

Seed Strings

One thing they showed me is the Seed Strings we are all made of. I have reached into that micro-miniture place and helped to reassemble and repair them. They are amazing looking, like living moving glowing strings, and very very tiny. I have to go way way deep in my consciousness and be very very attentive to work with them. We never work with them at the heavy density level we live in now. They always raise the person that we are going to work on up through a series of energy levels, or dimensions, sometimes changing the angles, so we can go into deeper and higher vibrational planes of existence. There are always six of us that spin them in Kaldonctia, a Circle of Life, until we reach a point where the work can be done successfully. The work seems to deeply, and miraculously bring changes and healing for people.

Many Preparing for Contact

On May 17, 2004 I caught a glimpse into the atmosphere around Earth and saw literally millions of ships and vehicles and beings all preparing themselves as we prepare ourselves to make contact and eventually meet in the 3-D, or physical Earth way. At one point they said it was more important for us to become more open and able to be multi-dimensional ( living in and aware of many dimensions and places all at once and aware of more than just where this body is ) and to use more of our extra senses, like intuition, and inner vison, and telepathy, talking without talking outloud, than it was for them to appear in front of us.

Please don't underestimate the value of telepathically beginning to communicate with each other. They are helping us to learn how to co-operate and co-create a new Earth and new ways to live together with us all remebering we are not just a tiny Earth floating in space all alone, we are Galactic citizens. There are many many many other kinds of beings and planets and ways of life. The Hirogsna are just one race and kind of beings. We are just beginning to wake up and remember who we really are.

So How Would You Go About Making Contact Yourself?

One way is to think up a question that you really want to know about. Write it down then say that you want to talk with someone who is a Star Being or an angel, or a guide for you. Tell them that you only willing to talk with those kinds of beings that are in harmony and alignment with your Soul's true purpose and mission. This helps everyone know what your boundaries are. Otherwise you might get in touch with energies that are not quite right for you. I say this everytime or something like it to protact myself. We have free agency and what we say is what we get.

Then sit still, and breath deep and listen. If you have a thought come into your head, write it down. I you see a picture, or hear voice, or just know something all of a sudden, trust yourself and know there are many ways we can communicate with each other and ourselves. There is no right or wrong way. Sometimes you will just feel something unusual, or like something is coming… Just keep looking and listening.

InterSpecies Communications

You know Making Contact is not just about the Star People, it can be about Interspecies communications, learning to talk with the Trees or Flowers or Plants. It can be with animals, a Cat, or Dog, or Bird or? It can also be with a Fairy, or Elf, or a grumpy Troll, they really aren't so grumpy most of the time. I even have talked to Rocks! They all have consciousness, too, everything does. It takes getting onto a certain line up (band or wave) of energy so you can hear them, and they can really hear you. Some Animals are older and more magical souls than others. Some like to talk more than others and some have more interesting things to share. There are some ways to make it easier. Like the Heart Meditation, sitting in water or showering, sitting at you computer and writng the question, then listening and writing down what comes to you. Practice… practice…practice…

Sometimes when I first begin to hear something, it doesn't sound right, or I can just get part of it, and it requires staying with it until the energies line up and a voice that is talking adjusts to a language I can understand. Sometimes it is like the Dolphins like to share things with us, they just plop a big thought bubble of information inside our minds and eventually something new starts to come into our thoughts.

How Long Are They Staying?

They came through a StarGate opening when all the stars and planets were lined up just right. They said they were going to stay for a year and then go back through the same StarGate opening. I was very sad to think of them leaving. During the summer I got really busy working with some very special kinds of new Pyschic Children. At the end of the summer when I talked to them again, they said they had decided to stay longer because of the amazing things we were doing here on Earth, things that had never been done before by a race of evolving beings. They had joined a newly formed council that was focused on helping us and participating in bringing about a new civilzation and new way of living here on Earth and in other places. They let me help name it so we call it the Coalition for New Life and Civilization. There are others on the council and they are willing to talk to us, and help us learn new ways of living together and with the raising of all our vibrations so we can remember more and more of who we really are and how we are connected to everything!
