Tom Kenyon and the Hathors offer a number of AWEsome Sound Meditations to support us as we pass through what they call, “multiple chaotic nodes.” I feel it like being caught where 2 or more wave run into each other. It can be unnerving, even scary, when that happens. 2016 has been one of the hardest years every to stay in my body and stay in ecstatic states, even such simple states as happiness, appreciation, much less bliss. So when I was having a particularly difficult day, with all kinds of my old stuff bubbling to the surface, mysterious aches and pains coursing through my body and feelings of despair and desperation attempting to overtake me, I was so grateful when I saw a message from them and found they offered a SOUND BATH to help my physical body shift easier.
I sat down and tried to relax into the unusual sounds. At first my mind raced with thoughts and feelings about all the weird madness and chaos happening in the world, my body itched and twitched and hurt. Then a few minutes in, I felt something start to happen deep inside me. I could tell it was at a cellular level that my body was beginning to ease and open. Soon I felt softer and eventually my whole body/mind went into a peaceful place. I was so happy for this amazing gift.
