Saleena: I awoke on 2013-12-27 and began to do some Bliss Breathing. It puts me in such an amazing state of openess, I found ideas beginning to slip in and play in my consciouness. One of those ideas was to begin opening a series of portals for our ET and Higher Dimensional friends. This wasn't a new idea, as I have already begun opening portals for many of them. I just hadn't dedicated some new ones for some of the different races that we interact with often. It seems appropriate to start with the Arcturians since we all have interacted with them so very much and for so long. My intents are to share things that we have learned from, experienced or shared with the Arcturians. If there is extra energy and inspiration, I will share links to other's who have interacted with them.
