SUMMER SOLSTICE 2010
Dear Reader,
A strong suggestion:
Monday, June 21 is the Summer Solstice.
(See the exact time at the bottom.)
The solstices and equinoxes are intense-energy times where we complete cycles of enlightenment/shamanic/spiritual development and begin new cycles. (For a scientific, astronomy interpretation of the summer solstice, click here.)
In sessions the last two weeks, information has been coming up that the peak intensity for a solstice or an equinox is usually about 5 minutes. As we head toward the winter solstice of 2012, the peak-intensity durations are increasing.
Instead of about 5 minutes,
the June 21 solstice peak intensity
will last about 40 hours.
Translation: our butts are potentially about to get kicked.
Maybe this is just another New Age wu-wu divination, but
If you start to feel a
noticeable intensification
in your energies,
I recommend doing the following
energy ceremony
the day before the solstice,
the day of,
and the day afterward.
For 10-15 minutes twice a day
(but at least 3 hours before sleep time)
intend to merge energetically
(to be One)
with the Earth Being.
This will help to balance your energy flows
as well as "send"
energy/"love"/"honoring"
to the Earth Being.
You are welcome to drum, chant, dance,
or whatever you wish to do at the same time,
but most importantly
intend to merge energetically
with the Earth Being.
The exact time of the solstice on June 21 (as based on the US Naval Observatory info):
·California – 4:28 AM
·New York – 7:28 AM
·the UK – 12:28 in the afternoon
·Dubai, U.A.E. – 3:28 PM
·Sydney, Australia – 9:28 PM
This apparently is the time when the 40-hour peak intensity begins.
